Comprehensive solution for plastic bottle recycling system in Vietnam

This solution focuses on the complete recycling of PET plastic bottles, including both the bottle and its label.
It integrates three key components:
• Recyclable bottle labels: Utilising special labels that can be easily removed from bottles during the recycling process.
• Automated collection system: Using automated machines to collect and sort plastic bottles, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Advanced recycling technology: Applying modern recycling technology from Duy Tan Recycling to fully recycle the entire plastic bottle, including the label.

The solution received the Breakthrough Solution award at the Plastic Circular Innovation Solutions 2024.
